No. We host only one wedding per weekend. You will have 13 hours of complete estate exclusivity (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM), giving you an unhurried, private setting for you, your family, and your guests.

Our open-air grounds and gathering spaces are perfectly scaled for intimate gatherings as well as larger celebrations for up to 250 guests.

We are located in Loranger, Louisiana—just 5 minutes from Global Wildlife Center. Our peaceful farm setting is convenient for traveling guests coming from Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Hammond, and the Northshore.

Because our main gathering spaces are outdoors, we work with couples to arrange tenting options over the reception grounds with flexible layout spaces to ensure your day remains seamless and beautiful, whatever the weather.

Heirloom Fields is intentionally limited in the number of weddings hosted each year to preserve the natural beauty of the property and ensure a thoughtful, unrushed experience for every couple.

Not at all. We believe your wedding day should reflect your personal taste and budget. We offer an open vendor policy, meaning you are free to bring in your favorite caterer, food trucks, mobile bar, florist, or musicians. (We are also happy to share a list of trusted local recommendations if you'd like a starting point!)

No. We do not charge vendor drop-off or choice fees.

No. We value clear, transparent pricing. Your rental rate includes private access to the grounds, the 1,600 sq. ft. Bridal Cottage, climate-controlled guest restrooms, electrical access across ceremony/reception areas, and the fire pit gathering space.

Yes! We offer an optional Honeymoon Night stay in our Bridal Cottage for the newlyweds. Designed to be intimate and cozy, it allows you to wrap up your reception and step directly into a peaceful, private retreat on the farm without having to drive anywhere late at night.

Yes! Because Heirloom Fields is our home base, our venue couples receive exclusive, seamless access to live wedding painting packages by Jessica Stuntz.

Yes! Because we host only one wedding per weekend, we offer flexible options for early access the day before your event. This gives you and your team dedicated time to drop off decor, run your rehearsal, and set up stress-free so your wedding morning stays completely relaxed.
