No. We host only one wedding per weekend, giving you an unhurried, private setting for you, your family, and your guests.
Your exact access hours depend on the wedding experience you choose, with extended access included in our Reserve and Heirloom experiences.

Heirloom Fields is for couples who love being outside. Your wedding is designed around the beauty of the farm, with open-air celebrations, dinner under the lights, and the feeling of being somewhere special—not inside a traditional ballroom.
Our turnkey wedding experiences include the tent, tables, chairs, and bistro lighting needed to create a beautiful outdoor reception. If rain is in the forecast, we'll work with you and your planner to adjust the layout and make the most of the setting.
The goal isn't to bring the outdoors inside. It's to celebrate outside, beautifully—whatever the weather brings.

Not at all. We believe your wedding day should reflect your personal taste and budget. We offer an open vendor policy, meaning you are free to bring in your favorite caterer, food trucks, mobile bar, florist, or musicians. (We are also happy to share a list of trusted local recommendations if you'd like a starting point!)

Your wedding experience includes private use of the property, the Bridal Cottage, climate-controlled guest restrooms, electrical access, onsite property support, and the event infrastructure outlined in your selected package.

Absolutely. We love working alongside planners and coordinators.
If your planner is handling your rental infrastructure as part of their services, you can choose to receive our $2,500 credit and coordinate your own tent, tables, chairs, and lighting.

Yes. If you prefer to select and manage your own rental team, that's completely fine.
You'll receive a $2,500 credit toward your selected wedding experience. Your planner or rental team will then be responsible for coordinating delivery, setup, breakdown, and removal of those rentals.
