What is a Micro Wedding?

A micro wedding is a simplified ceremony and reception for a smaller group — typically fewer than 50 guests.

And while the guest list may be smaller, the wedding itself still needs the same access, amenities, setup and staffing as a full-size wedding.

At Heirloom Fields:

The venue rental rate stays the same regardless of guest count.
Fewer guests means less food and beverage cost.
Our micro wedding package includes the essentials you need for a beautiful ceremony and reception without all the extras of a larger wedding.
Bar service and alcohol are optional add-ons if you'd like to include them.
We even have some in-house décor and furnishings available to help with the little details, and we’re continuing to build out those options.
And because we handle many of the details for you, you get to enjoy your wedding instead of spending months coordinating all of it.

Bar service and alcohol are optional add-ons, so you can decide whether that's something you want to include.
You can skip the extras that don't matter to you and put your budget toward the things that do.
And because the package includes so many of the pieces you'll need, there's less to coordinate and fewer separate decisions to make.

Our all-inclusive micro wedding packages are available for under $12,000 for up to 50 guests on select dates.

12-Hour Farm Access (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

7 hours dedicated to getting ready on the porch of the bridal suite cottage.
5 hours allocated for your outdoor ceremony and open-air celebration.
Gates close at 10pm.

Curated Catering & Celebration Options

Meal Options: Brunch, Pasta, or Tacos
Cake Flavor Options: Strawberry, Vanilla, Lemon, Chocolate, or Red Velvet (Note: Tastings are not included).
Sendoff Favor Options: LED foam wands, wildflower seeds, bubbles, or bird seed.
Additional Guest Accommodations: $45 per person for extra meals, cake, and supplies (up to 75 guests total).

Exclusions: Bar service, charger plates, linen napkins, and early access are not included in this package.
