The Timeline:13 hours of private, exclusive facility use on a Friday or Saturday—giving you a spacious, intentional timeline from morning prep to your grand exit.
The Suite: Full-day use of the private Bridal Suite for getting ready, relaxing, and sharing quiet moments before the ceremony.
The Spaces: Full, private use of our 16-acre grounds, choice of ceremony sites beneath the white oaks, and all reception spaces.
(Optional Upgrade: Elevate your morning by adding day-of Groom's Suite access for $450).
The Heirloom Estate Package
The premier weekend experience with built-in luxury.
The Investment: $5,800
The Timeline: Complete weekend access. Show up Friday afternoon from 2pm and enjoy a relaxed setup and rehearsal, enjoy an unhurried Saturday celebration.
The Exclusive Art Feature: Includes your Live Wedding Painting experience created by Jessica in real-time during your reception—a breathtaking, tangible heirloom to pass down for generations.
The Suites: Separate, private prep spaces for both sides of the wedding party. Enjoy full-day access to our signature Bridal Suite and exclusive day-of access to the neighboring Groom's Suite.
The Spaces: Full access to our white oak ceremony sites, reception areas, and stunning portrait locations across the blueberry fields and property.
The Petite Heirloom Package
The elegant, intimate celebration for elopements and micro-weddings.
The Investment: $1,950
(Available Sunday afternoons and weekdays).
The Timeline: 4 to 6 hours of private venue access, perfectly tailored for shorter, intentional schedules.
The Spaces: Designed for smaller guest counts of up to 50 looking for a beautiful, raw natural canvas. Includes a ceremony site under the white oaks and full portrait access across the grounds.
The Suite: Shorter, 2 hour pre-ceremony access to the Bridal Suite for those essential final touch-ups.

Salon Dressing Room: A dedicated, professionally styled beauty station with premium lighting for hair and makeup artists.
Cottage Hospitality: Complimentary post-event cleaning services for the suite so your inner circle can simply enjoy the evening.
The Freedom & Support
Creative Freedom: A true open-vendor policy with zero "venue taxes," outside catering fees, or mandatory vendor markups. Curate your day exactly as you vision it.
Onsite Property Support: A dedicated onsite property manager present throughout the event to assist your coordinator with property logistics, layout execution, and facility management.
Essential Logistics (The DirtyWork): Complete on-site trash service included for the wedding day and the morning after.
Before You Book Your Private Tour
Our tours are private, limited, and fully dedicated to you. Because we give each couple our undivided attention, we keep our tour calendar highly intentional.
A Note on Privacy: We promise our couples complete, undisturbed privacy on their wedding day. Because of this, we never host tours while a wedding is underway. This means weekend tour availability is very limited or typically unavailable.
