Just a short drive from Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and the Northshore, (just 5 minutes from the Global Wildlife Center) our Loranger venue gives you space to breathe and celebrate without feeling rushed. The Heirloom Standard
No matter which package fits your day, every couple at Heirloom Fields gets little perks that make our farm so special including custom, hand-painted venue artwork created just for you with your names & wedding date, a pre-wedding consultation, an online planning portal, and a venue host onsite on your wedding day.
The Setting
Private use of the grounds and the ceremony and reception spaces, on a single day or a full weekend. Our included setup fits about 125 guests. Larger celebrations, up to 220, are considered case by case, so just ask.
The Bridal Suite
A renovated 1,600 sq ft suite with a salon dressing room, lit for hair and makeup, and complimentary post-event cleaning.
The Freedom & Support
An open vendor policy: hire the vendors you love, with no venue taxes, outside catering fees or vendor markups. No security deposit and no cleaning fee.
Setup Included.
Your rental includes up to $2,500 in tent, tables, chairs and bistro lighting. Prefer to arrange your own? Take a $2,500 credit off your venue rate.
All of this is already part of your venue rate, before you add a single vendor.

Planning something smaller or on short notice?
Sundays within 4 months of your date are available at a special rate, as long as the date is still open. Full weddings, micro weddings and elopements are all welcome. Weekday dates may be available too, so just ask. Email us to see what's open.
Everything above is included in these rates. Fridays and Saturdays are priced the same. Rates are not based on guest count, and your rate is locked in on the date you book. Closed for weddings June through August for blueberry season.

Friday | Unhurried Setup: 4 full hours to deck out the space, walk through your rehearsal, and drop off details so you can head home to rest—no night-before rush.
Saturday | Your Main Event: 14 hours of exclusive venue access to celebrate at your own pace—including 2 extra hours of relaxed morning prep, up to an hour for your ceremony, and a 4-hour reception ending with your grand exit. Starts off with a custom hand-painted floral champagne bottle for morning toasts and detail photos.
Saturday Night | Honeymoon Retreat: After the last dance and grand send-off, skip the late-night drive and retreat straight to the Bridal Cottage Dedicated entirely to the couple, it offers a romantic, quiet space to kick off your shoes, reflect on the celebration, and enjoy your very first morning waking up as newlyweds.
Sunday | Easy Departure: Wake up slowly to a Cottage Morning Basket stocked with fresh pastries, juice, and farm-made jam, and enjoy your morning coffee in a pair of original handcrafted pottery mugs to take home as your first married keepsake. A leisurely 11:00 AM checkout so you can take your time and reflect on the best night of your lives.
Fine Art Keepsakes: Includes a custom-lettered Venue Fine Art Print, plus an original hand-painted Bouquet Portrait created in our studio from your wedding day flowers and a custom painted champagne bottle inspired by your decor.

A single-day wedding with 12 hours of private access, an hour of clean-up tear down, a 4-hour reception, and an archival fine art print with your names and date.
Required for weddings over 30 guests
A day-of event coordinator is required. Hire your own, or add our Month-of Coordination for $1,500. Decor planning, setup and tear down service is optional, also $1,500.
